These shipping conditions apply to the following countries: United Kingdom.
- Last order time: 6:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London). Orders after this time will be processed the next business day.
- Processing time: 1 to 3 days, Monday to Friday. After this, the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
- Transport time: 6 to 9 days (Monday to Friday).
- Total delivery time: 7–12 working days (United Kingdom)

Shipping costs: Free for all orders. No minimum purchase required.

- Return policy: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Return procedure: Contact support@moore-west.com for instructions.
- Return costs: At your expense, 5.65 GBP per package.
- Defective products: Free replacement if reported within 30 days.
- Exchanges: Allowed within 30 days for unworn items in original condition.
- Refunds: Processed within 7 business days to original payment method after inspection.
